To Honour The Voice And Testimony Of Chief Deskaheh in 1923 As He Attempted To Present Claims Against The English Crown And Canada Before The League Of Nations in Geneva:

This Statement Is About Crown Elizabeth II Windsor Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha and her Agent Canada; and, the matter of the violation of the Fundamental Human Rights of Original Peoples and their children. These Accusations specifically focus upon the Years 1952 - 2011, inclusive.
Touchstone Committee - as LawSpeaker (1) - was seconded nearly 15 years ago to commence a series of tests and examinations on the question of the legal accountability of the Crown State Head Elizabeth II on the past and present issues of indigenous Peoples / children having been subjected to imprisonment, torture and sexual abuse for the specific purposes of cultural genocide : "assimilation" into the English form of colonialism, occupation and enforced governance outside of the United Nations sanction.
